An entrepreneur with +20 years experience, Ami most recently started the newest addition to her business family, The Rally Point. As the CEO & Mailroom Clerk at The Rally Point, Ami oversees Operations, Sales, Marketing and well, um, the mailroom. After starting WithIn, Inc. (an employee training and development firm) in 2005, she found herself repeatedly asked by her clients to find them a venue with a more inspiring and creativity provoking environment than the saltine cracker hotel room or in-house training room. Frustrated that she couldn't fill her clients requests (simply because it didn't exist in the market) she, being the customer service fanatic she is, created it for them.

Ami holds her MBA but she truly feels her greatest accomplishment is living her passion to change the way people meet and work together which ultimately transcends to the organization’s culture. "I worked for a Fortune 500 that just didn’t get it - on any level. They were plagued with inefficient meetings that threatened, degraded and left you anything but excited about your work. And the worst part, everyone KNEW it but wouldn’t step up because the perk of having a gas card was far more important than job satisfaction or ethics (the one time iconic brand eventually faced SEC investigations, bribery charges in China, plummeting stock prices and fought off several take over bids). I had enough and decided that this small town girls with mid-American values, morals & ethics could make a difference for some in my little corner of the world”. Ami has always felt that if creativity, building strong work relationships, and creating healthy work environments couldn't be part of her job responsibilities, she just wouldn't fit the culture. "Now, I laugh, inspire and have created the coolest meeting room environment for those teams, businesses and organizations that need to boost engagement and productivity in their meetings that spark creativity, collaboration, inspiration and fun. Sometimes, you just gotta create what you want to be a part of!”

Fiercely passionate about her faith, her three daughters (travel softball is her life…), and the MiAMI Dolphins, Ami still finds time to enjoy sitting on the Board of Women in Leadership of Central Illinois, volunteering her team building skills to Crittenton Centers Leadership teams, shopping, interior design and traveling.
